E-statements

Updated: 01/11/2023

An e-statement (short for electronic statement) is a digital version of the paper statement you normally receive in the mail.

As from 17 November 2023, if you are registered for myAPS internet and mobile banking, your future statements will be available as e-statements through myAPS, replacing paper statements. You will receive an SMS when your latest statement is available. All e-statements will be free-of-charge.

If you are not registered for myAPS, you will continue receiving your statements via mail, at no extra cost.

We encourage you to register for myAPS internet and mobile banking. This is a free service that lets you access your accounts anytime, anywhere.

Benefits

Enhanced convenience – e-statements are easily accessible online 24/7. Allowing you to check your financial information anytime, anywhere.

Go paperless – e-statements reduce the need of paper, printing, and mailing, making it an eco-friendlier approach.

Boosted security – e-statements improve security by reducing the risk of paper statements being lost or compromised. Your e-statements will be issued through myAPS, our secure internet and mobile banking service.
