APS Bank is supporting the Malta Diversity & Inclusion Charter Conference for the third consecutive year, continuing its commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion. The conference brings together organisations and professionals to discuss practical ways of building more inclusive workplaces and communities in Malta.
This year’s edition, themed ‘Beyond the Bias: AI, Neurodiversity and Building Inclusive Workplaces,’ will focus on strategies and conversations that support meaningful and lasting change.
As the first corporate entity to endorse the Malta Diversity & Inclusion Charter in 2024, APS Bank continues to support initiatives that promote inclusion and greater awareness around diversity in the workplace. As part of the conference programme, APS Bank Chief People Officer Raymond Bonnici will participate in a business panel discussion alongside representatives from KM Malta Airlines and Calamatta Cuschieri.
Commenting on the conference, Mr Bonnici said: “Supporting initiatives such as the Malta Diversity & Inclusion Charter Conference reflects our commitment to creating a workplace culture where people feel valued and supported.”
