APS Bank has launched a limited-time Direct Debit Cashback promotion, rewarding customers who use their APS Online Account or Student Online Account for everyday banking. Running until Sunday 31 January 2027, customers can earn 0.50% cashback on eligible Direct Debit payments, up to a maximum of €5 per account each month.

Eligible transactions include payments collected automatically from the customer’s account by a merchant or service provider through SEPA Direct Debit, following the customer’s authorisation. This can include regular payments such as utility bills where these are paid by Direct Debit.

Denise Azzopardi, Product Portfolio Manager at APS Bank, said: “Everyday banking is about making life that little bit easier. Through this initiative, we’re rewarding customers for transactions they already make, such as paying their utility bills by Direct Debit, while encouraging simple banking habits that deliver lasting value. It’s another way we’re supporting customers to make the most of their APS account.”

The promotion forms part of the Bank’s ongoing commitment to strengthening its everyday banking proposition by rewarding customers for their routine banking activity. The promotion may close earlier in accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions. Customers can find full details, including eligibility criteria, Terms and Conditions and how the promotion works, by visiting apsbank.com.mt/direct-debit-cashback.
