APS Bank has introduced double-sided printing for customer account statements, a change that reduces paper use while maintaining the same content and format customers are accustomed to. The update forms part of the Bank’s ongoing efforts to improve operational efficiency and reduce its environmental footprint.
By printing statements on both sides, the Bank is significantly reducing paper consumption, while also making statements lighter and more compact for customers to handle and store. The change supports a more sustainable approach to everyday operations, alongside improvements in the overall customer experience. As part of this update, a new 2D code has also been introduced to support the revised format.
Commenting on the update, APS Bank Head of Development and Innovation Ronald Psaila, said: “This is a simple but meaningful step that reflects our commitment to operating more responsibly while continuing to enhance the experience we offer our customers. Small changes like these contribute to a more sustainable way of working and deliver tangible benefits over time.”
