During the first months of 2026, APS Bank supported a number of cultural and community initiatives.
On Thursday 27 and Friday 28 February, the Bank supported Akustika, organised by the Strummin Foundation at Sala San Duminku in Valletta. The acoustic concert featured ten musicians performing acoustic reinterpretations of well-known classics, including works by Maltese artists. Proceeds from the performances support the Foundation’s music education initiatives, including masterclasses and the Strummin’ Bootcamp.
APS Bank supported the launch of Nistħajlek Hawn by Paul Ellul on Friday 28 February at the Junior College, Msida. The book brings together Mr Ellul’s lyrical works written between 2014 and 2025, accompanied by an academic introduction by Leanne Ellul and photography by Marija Grech.
The Bank also backed the fourth edition of the FIDEM International Women’s Day Conference held on Thursday 6 March at Xara Lodge. Organised by the FIDEM Foundation, the conference focused on empowering women through education and wellbeing. APS Bank participated with a stand during the event, while Senior Employer Branding Manager at APS Bank Peter Gatt joined a panel discussion on workplace wellbeing.
Jeremy Vassallo, CSR Manager at APS Bank said: “Supporting initiatives that promote culture, education and social wellbeing remains an important part of our commitment to the community. We are pleased to collaborate with organisations that create opportunities for people to learn, express themselves and come together.”
