APS Bank hosted its second Townhall of the year in November at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Qawra, bringing close to 600 colleagues together for an afternoon focused on performance, people and growth.

The session opened with an address by CEO Marcel Cassar, who reflected on the Bank’s progress while setting out priorities for the period ahead. Colleagues then took the stage to share their personal journeys at APS Bank, highlighting the power of performance through diverse experiences across the organisation. Updates followed on the Bank’s financial developments, customer and performance insights, business success stories and growth initiatives, alongside presentations on investment distribution and the status of key projects.

The Townhall also placed strong emphasis on people, with Qualification Awards, Sports Committee Awards and Values Awards recognising colleagues for their commitment, development and contribution to the Bank’s culture.

Commenting on the Townhall, CEO Marcel Cassar said: “The Townhall is an occasion to appreciate, communicate and celebrate: our progress, achievements and the people who make it all possible. This helps us stay focused on our purpose, as we continue to strengthen the foundations for sustainable growth and long-term value.”
