Josef Portelli, CFA

Josef holds a degree in Accountancy from the University of Malta and is a CFA Charter Holder. He began his portfolio management career with HSBC in Malta in 2002 before moving to London in 2005, where he managed fixed income portfolios at ACPI, RBC and Invesco.

He returned to Malta in 2018 to join APS Bank and lead ReAPS Asset Management, with responsibility for the business and oversight of its investment funds, portfolios and pension mandates.

Josef has extensive experience in business leadership, portfolio management, and the design and transformation of investment processes.
