In March 2026, APS Bank hosted another session of its #APSlife Executive Breakfast series, bringing together colleagues from across the Bank to share insights on ongoing initiatives. This session, organised as part of the Corporate Culture Change Management Programme, focused on how the Bank’s culture, lived through everyday behaviours, drives the delivery of the Bank’s strategic objectives in the Technology function.

The presentation highlighted the Technology function’s success, with a focus on collaboration, shared ownership and continuous learning. Colleagues were given an overview of how the Technology team is working to foster cross-functional collaboration, strengthen communication and create an environment where knowledge is shared openly across functions.

The session also outlined ongoing efforts to drive efficiency through automation, enhance data capabilities and explore emerging technologies, while maintaining a strong focus on governance and risk awareness.

APS Bank Chief Technology Officer Jonathan Caruana said: “Technology on its own is not enough – it is a powerful enabler. It is the culture behind it that drives real value. By working closely together and investing in our people, we are creating an environment where ideas don’t just emerge, they deliver meaningful value for both the Bank and its customers.”
