APS Bank’s #APSlife Sports Inclusion Network recently brought colleagues together for an interactive session focused on physical activity, sustainable habits and wellbeing.

Guest speaker Ryan Saliba Gazzano, personal trainer and running coach, explored practical ways to support a healthier lifestyle and how everyday choices can influence energy, focus and overall performance.

APS Bank colleagues and long-distance runners Darran Agius and Aaron Mifsud then shared their experiences of balancing work, sport and personal commitments, discussing the challenges, motivations and habits that help them prioritise wellbeing. The session concluded with an interactive Q&A and group discussion.

Sue Vella, Corporate Culture Change Manager at APS Bank, commented: “Building a strong performance culture isn’t just about what we achieve, but also how we support ourselves and each other along the way. Initiatives like this encourage colleagues to share experience and develop healthier habits that support both personal wellbeing and sustainable performance at work.”
