Customers at the heart of APS Bank

As part of APS Bank’s ongoing efforts to ensure that customers are at the heart of all that it does, the Bank recently held a series of meetings with focus groups of customers. Organised by the Voice of the Customer (VoC) team with the support of a research partner, these discussions provide customer insights and feedback that are vital for the business planning process.

Scott Lee Holloway, Voice of the Customer Manager commented, “Meeting with our customers and hearing their views is invaluable to our business. Our customers are integral to the continued success of the Bank and everything we do is with our stakeholders in mind. This has been the case since the Bank was founded in 1910 and still rings true today.”
