The colleagues successfully completed studies in a range of important areas: the Award in ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance), the Professional Bankers Diploma, and Maltese Financial Regulation. These courses form part of the Bank’s ongoing investment in learning and development, supporting team members to build their knowledge and skills to better serve customers and the wider community.

Elaine Calleja, Head of Career Development at APS Bank, commented: “We are proud of our colleagues for reaching this important milestone. Their commitment to continuous learning reflects both their personal ambition and the Bank’s belief in lifelong development. We will continue to support our people as they grow their careers within the Bank.”

The Bank congratulates all three individuals on this achievement and looks forward to seeing their contributions in practice.
