Important Notice - Temporary closure of Floriana and Qormi branches


Temporary closure


Further to our announcements of the last weeks, we are announcing that with effect from tomorrow, Saturday 28th March, our branches at Qormi and Floriana will be temporarily closed until further notice. Both branches' ATMs and the Deposit Machine at Floriana will still remain available.

Kindly be reminded that:

  • the other branches namely, Attard, Mosta, Paola, Rabat, Sliema, Swatar, Valletta, Gozo & Zejtun, will remain open. These are currently operating under reduced opening hours, which are as follows: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 13:00 and Saturday 09:00 – 12:00
  • in keeping with our commitments to our community, we have introduced a dedicated time slot for our customers aged 60 or over, where they will be given priority between 09:00 and 10:00 from Monday to Friday.
  • children under the age of 16 will not be permitted to enter our branches until further notice.
  • we encourage you to use the below services:
    • ATMs to withdraw cash
    • Deposit machines to make cash or cheque deposits (available at all branches excluding Qormi Branch)
    • myAPS internet and mobile banking service for your online banking needs. We invite you to check out our help site with ‘how-to’ videos to assist you:


Our Contact Centre will continue operating between 08:00 and 20:00, Monday to Saturday (excluding Public Holidays).

We are kindly instructing our customers to only visit our branches if strictly necessary, as the flow of customers is being regulated.
