APS Bank staff members’ achievements recognised during IFS Awards ceremony

At the annual prize-giving ceremony of the Institute of Financial Services (Malta) held at Xara Lodge, Rabat, six APS Bank staff members were rewarded for successfully completing their respective diploma and certificate courses. 

The event started with welcome remarks by IFS President, Kenneth B. Micallef. H. E. the President of Malta Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca presented certificates to the students and closed off the ceremony with her speech.

The APS cohort and their achievements for 2018 consisted of:

Natasha Grech - Professional Bankers Diploma

Terrence Seychell - Maltese Financial Regulations

Gertrude Micallef – Professionalism, Conduct & Ethics

Maria Masini - Professionalism, Conduct and Ethics

Maria Masini - Professional Diploma in Banking & Finance

Claire Zammit - Diploma for Financial Advisers

Ray Bonnici, APS Bank Head of Human Capital, presented the APS Prize for the top student in the Professional Bankers course, awarded to Maria Lydia Refalo.

Representatives from the London Institute of Banking & Finance, the International Compliance Association, families of the students and other guests, who included APS Bank CEO Marcel Cassar, also attended the event.
