Diversity on display at APS Bank Head Office

The many facets of diversity will soon be put on display through the selected works of five local photographers, highlighting their different backgrounds and perspectives whilst celebrating our common Maltese heritage.

Diversity - Recognising Individuality Book being printed

Diversity: Recognising Individuality is the latest theme in a three-year series exploring the power of photography and is being displayed through this upcoming exhibition, a calendar, and a publication. The idea behind the theme is to recognise the many characteristics that give individuals and communities their unique identity.

Photographer Kevin Casha is curating this exhibition, his latest collaboration with APS Bank. Previous projects included The Calm Before the Storm in 2015, which exhibited the uneasy years of pre-WW2 Malta, Vanishing Malta in 2016, a review of Malta’s traditional trades, architectural structures, flora and fauna and The Benefits of Art in 2017, a graphic celebration of the attributes of art as defined through everyday events.

“We are glad to be working with Kevin to increase the public’s appreciation of our heritage and artistic talent. This year’s theme is special to us because it ties in with our overall efforts to be a leading example of diversity – and it is also directly relevant to our 2018 CSR Programme” said APS Bank’s Head of Strategy and Marketing, Hervé Delpech.

The exhibition will be launched on March 22nd at the APS Head Office foyer in Birkirkara.
