Talking ATMs
Use your personal headphones with a standard rounded jack to listen to audio guidance in English. When you insert your APS card, audio guidance is available for cash withdrawal, PIN change and balance enquiry.
With contactless access, audio guidance is available for cash withdrawal and balance enquiry only.
Other ATM features
- Deposit using all APS ATMs – not only deposit machines.
- Real-time cash deposits – money is added to your account immediately.
- No envelope needed – deposit cheques or banknotes straight into the ATM using the debit card linked to the account you want the money in.
- Deposit receipt with cheque images – your receipt will include images of the deposited cheques.
- Automatic cheque reading - the ATM reads the cheque amount automatically, so you don’t need to enter it yourself.
The existing deposit machines will remain available for now.
