APS Bank has successfully completed the distribution of its 2026 interim scrip dividend on Wednesday, 30 September 2026, with just under 2,000 shareholders opting to receive their dividend in new ordinary shares through the scrip option, thereby increasing the Bank’s share capital by another 2.5 million shares.

The €4.0 million interim net dividend follows a record first half result for the Bank, with the Group reporting profit before tax of €23.9 million for the six months ended 30 June 2026. This also follows the record gross final dividend of €11.4 million approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday, 6 May 2026.

Ronald Mizzi, Chief Financial Officer at APS Bank, commented: “We are pleased with the take-up of the scrip option by our shareholders. Coming on the back of a record first-half performance, the response reflects continued shareholder engagement with the Bank and the strengthening of the capital base, while providing shareholders with the opportunity to increase their holding in APS Bank.”
