Throughout summer 2026, APS Bank continued to support initiatives that bring people together, encourage participation and strengthen connections within the community. Among these was the Malta Basketball Camp, held in collaboration with the Malta Basketball Association, where young players developed their skills while building teamwork, self-discipline, perseverance and healthy habits. APS Bank colleagues also joined participants on court for a friendly match, sharing in the energy and team spirit of the camp.
The Bank’s summer programme also included hospitality evenings at several venues, including the Malta International Contemporary Art Space (MICAS). The evening at MICAS featured a guided tour of the current exhibition by the museum’s art experts, followed by a reception on the terrace. Bringing together art, culture and conversation, the experience offered a relaxed environment to exchange ideas, strengthen relationships and connect beyond everyday interactions.
Jeremy Vassallo, CSR Manager at APS Bank, commented, “Our summer initiatives give us the opportunity to support different parts of our community in meaningful ways. Whether encouraging young people through sport or bringing people together through culture, we value initiatives that create connections, shared experiences and a positive impact.”
