Over the past weeks, colleagues across APS Bank have been identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability and overall business performance through the 2026 Culture Activators programme, part of the Bank’s Corporate Culture Change Management initiative.

Under the theme Widen the JAWS, colleagues are working together to identify profitability leak points, address operational constraints, and develop practical initiatives that can be implemented within 90 days. Ideas generated through the programme will be assessed through a structured framework, with the most impactful initiatives presented to the Executive Leadership Team for approval and implementation.

“The best ideas often emerge when colleagues come together with a shared purpose,” said Susan Vella, APS Bank Corporate Culture Change Manager. “These sessions create space for open dialogue, collaboration and innovation, empowering our people to turn ideas into actions that make a meaningful difference in their day-to-day work and across the entire organisation.”

This initiative forms part of APS Bank’s ongoing strategy to invest in its culture, helping create the conditions needed to deliver strategic objectives and support sustainable long-term growth.
