APS Bank held another edition of its #APSlife Executive Breakfast series in November 2025, bringing colleagues together for an engaging session titled “Seamless connections: Powering growth through digital experience.”
Led by Gordon Gilford, Head of Electronic Channels, the session focused on how the eChannels team is shaping the Bank’s digital customer experience. Discussions centred on providing a seamless service across touchpoints, empowering customers through myAPS, and ensuring every interaction is delivered with care and efficiency. The informal breakfast setting encouraged open dialogue and the sharing of insights, reinforcing collaboration and a shared focus on customer-centric growth.
