APS Bank hosted the 37th session in its APS Talks series, titled “Sell yourself: The skills to stand out every day”. Delivered by an accredited High Performance Coach, Alexia Stafrace from Toastmasters Malta, the talk focuses on developing authentic communication, emotional intelligence, and presence in everyday interactions. Drawing on her own journey in public speaking, Alexia encourages speakers to embrace their unique voice, harness the power of energy in delivery, and nurture genuine connections through purpose-driven dialogue.
The session was designed to inspire the audience to use simple tools to present with confidence and authenticity, in both personal and professional contexts.
