Customers aged 60+ and EU Disability Card holders are given priority on Mon to Fri between 08:30 and 09:30.
Training Tuesdays
Due to staff training, all branches will open at 10:00, on the following dates:
- 13 January
- 27 January
- 24 February
Autism friendly initiative
We have introduced the autism friendly hour at all branches from 13:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday. During this time, we:
- Decrease the bright lights in the reception and meeting rooms
- Reduce noise levels as much as possible
- Replace screens with videos with static images
