Be aware! Cyber criminals are running the following scams or similar to defraud you of your money.
• Creating websites which closely resemble ours. The only official APS Bank domains are apsbank.com.mt, ebank.apsbank.com.mt (for internet banking) and apsfunds.com.mt. Always log in to myAPS internet and mobile banking using your myAPS app on your mobile or the physical token.
• Sending SMSes (smishing), like the examples above or similar.
• Making phone calls impersonating our Contact Centre number.
If you are in doubt or have already provided information on any channel, please call our Contact Centre on (+356) 2122 6644, open everyday between 08:00 and 21:00, excluding Easter Sunday.
Do not access the Bank website by clicking on any link. Type apsbank.com.mt or apsfunds.com.mt in your browser. APS Bank will never contact you to ask for a password or security code.
