Over the past few weeks, all APS Bank employees were invited to participate in #APSlife ‘Live the Culture’ workshops. These sessions explored how colleagues work together, make decisions, and lead – bringing to life what it truly means to drive success through culture.

At APS Bank, culture is viewed not just as a concept, but as a practical foundation for excellence, clarity, and consistency – especially in a fast-changing environment. The workshops served as a key step in aligning people across the organisation to a shared way of working, one grounded in values, shaped by behaviours, and focused on performance.

This initiative forms part of a broader and ongoing investment in APS Bank’s culture. It aims to create the conditions needed to deliver on strategic goals and support long-term, purposeful growth.
