APS Bank has rolled out its fourth #APSlife Toolkit, an internal framework bringing together practical behaviours that support how colleagues work together to achieve excellence across the Bank. This year’s Toolkit forms part of the Bank’s ongoing efforts to strengthen workplace culture while supporting performance.
Building on existing practices, the #APSlife Toolkit focuses on small, achievable actions that can be applied consistently by teams, providing a shared, purpose-driven approach to collaboration, communication and performance. By embedding these behaviours into daily routines, the Toolkit aims to make a meaningful difference to how colleagues work together and thrive.
