APS Bank is supporting Wirt Għawdex in the continuation of its public talk series aimed at increasing awareness and appreciation of Gozo’s cultural and natural heritage.

The upcoming talks form part of the 2026 programme, bringing together academics, artists and writers to explore different aspects of Gozo’s identity, environment and creativity. The next session will take place on Friday 13 March, with Professor Ritianne Gauci presenting “Gozo – The physical geography of an island and beyond…”.

The remaining sessions in the series include:

  • Friday 24 April – Talk by Mr Charles Cassar on Visual Art
  • Friday 15 May – Talk by Mr Joe Camilleri on Literature
  • July 2026 (date to be announced) – Activity by Ms Leanne Ellul, aimed at students aged 14+
