APS Bank’s Social Activities Committee organised a series of events for colleagues, throughout 2025, aimed at strengthening connections and fostering a sense of community across the Bank. The initiatives provided opportunities for colleagues to come together outside the day-to-day work environment, encouraging collaboration and engagement.
Activities included themed Disco Bingo events, the annual Summer Party, Summer Fridays with music and light refreshments, charity fundraising initiatives, and Christmas gatherings. Open to all colleagues, these events reflect the Bank’s ongoing commitment to promoting employee well-being, work-life balance and a positive workplace culture at APS Bank.
Commenting on the initiative, Miguel Calleja, Senior Strategy Manager and Chair of the Social Activities Committee said: “These activities are about bringing people together and creating moments where colleagues can connect in a relaxed and inclusive setting.
