APS Bank has launched a new branch experience video for St Paul’s Bay, offering customers and the wider public an overview of its services and the team supporting them.
Designed as a practical guide, the video walks viewers through the branch and highlights how the team supports customers with their everyday banking needs. It serves as an easy way for customers to familiarise themselves with the branch before visiting in person or booking an appointment.
Commenting on the video, APS Bank Senior Retail Manager Lana Sant said it offers customers a clear overview of the St Paul’s Bay branch and its services. “This video highlights the services available and introduces the team. We invite customers to view it and get in touch should they wish to book an appointment.”
