Throughout July 2025, several APS Bank colleagues took part in local and international events, sharing their expertise and gaining well-deserved recognition. Topics ranged from sustainable investment to strategy and innovative business planning.

Scott Lee Holloway, Head of Customer Experience, became the first person based in Malta to achieve the Bain Certified Customer Experience Practitioner (Bain CCX) credential. Bain & Company are widely regarded as pioneers in customer experience and are the original creators of the Net Promoter Score (NPS), the most widely adopted customer advocacy metric globally.

Waylen Sammut, Products Manager, joined a panel at the Malta Business Bureau (MBB) webinar on the Startup & Scaleup Strategy. The event, supported by the European Commission Representation in Malta and the Enterprise Europe Network, explored how startups and scaleups can benefit from easier access to finance, better talent mobility, and a more innovation-friendly EU Single Market.

Senior Portfolio Managers Michael Tabone and David Lanzon were featured in a Malta Business Bureau podcast, where they discussed APS Bank’s ReAPS funds. Michael focused on ESG and sustainable investing, while David spoke about portfolio management and the APS Income Fund.
