APS Bank has strengthened its commitment to inclusion through the launch of the #APSlife Women’s Inclusion Network and the #APSlife Pride Inclusion Network. The new networks reflect the Bank’s continued focus on creating a workplace where colleagues bring their full selves to work and feel supported in their day-to-day experiences.

The networks bring together colleagues with shared identities and experiences, offering a space to connect, exchange ideas and raise topics that matter to them. The Women’s Inclusion Network provides a respectful environment for women to share perspectives, resources and discuss matters related to inclusion and workplace policies. Meanwhile, the Pride Inclusion Network offers a supportive space for colleagues and allies, encouraging open conversation and promoting greater understanding across teams.

Susan Vella, Corporate Culture Change Manager at APS Bank, said: “When colleagues feel heard and supported, they are better able to contribute, grow and perform at their best. These networks are about creating space for meaningful conversations and ensuring that everyone at APS feels they belong.”

Through its #APSlife Inclusion Networks, APS Bank continues to place community, respect and belonging at the centre of its workplace culture.
