APS Bank has launched its second #APSlife Inclusion Network, this time focusing on colleagues who are committed to sports and fitness. The new Inclusion Network was set up to support employees seeking to balance their professional roles with physical training or sporting activities.
The Network is designed to provide peer support, educational resources and guidance on policies that matter to colleagues pursuing a fitness or sports lifestyle. It also creates a space for open discussion, where members can share ideas and raise topics that may help improve work-life balance.
To mark the launch, colleagues were invited to a wellbeing session titled “Stronger on and off the field”, led by Dr Adele Muscat, one of Malta’s leading sport psychologists. The session offered practical tools and strategies to improve mental strength, manage pressure, and prevent burnout.
Sue Vella, Corporate Culture Change Manager at APS Bank, commented: “Supporting our people means recognising every part of who they are – including their commitments and passions beyond work. Through this Network, we’re enabling colleagues to perform at their best, both on and off the field. By taking care of their wellbeing holistically, we’re investing in a healthier, more energised, and engaged workforce.”
APS Bank continues to expand its inclusion efforts, keeping belonging and support at the heart of its culture.
