APS Bank colleagues enjoyed a series of Summer Terrace Events held on the last Friday of every month. Organised by the Social Activities Committee, these gatherings provided colleagues with the opportunity to come together after work, unwind and enjoy the summer months in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The initiative formed part of the Bank’s ongoing efforts to promote wellbeing and team spirit, creating spaces for colleagues to connect outside their usual work routines.
The opening event featured a debate hosted by the Corporate Culture Change Management team on the topic “Is artificial intelligence empowering or diminishing human creativity and writing skills in the workplace?”. Colleagues exchanged views in an engaging discussion, followed by an evening of networking and refreshments.
Commenting on the initiative, Miguel Calleja, Social Activities Committee member, said: “These activities brought colleagues together in a relaxed setting, fostering both connection and dialogue. It was an opportunity to reinforce the sense of community that defines our culture, and we look forward to holding more of these events in the near future.”
