In celebration of World Customer Experience (CX) Day, APS Bank’s Voice of the Customer (VoC) Unit visited all branches to connect with both colleagues and customers, distribute tokens of appreciation, and gather real-time feedback for action to continue improving customer experience.

APS Bank also hosted its second “Afternoon Tea with VoC” – a forum for colleagues to exchange global CX insights and brainstorm improvements over refreshments, reinforcing APS Bank’s dedication to elevating every customer interaction.
