APS Bank took part in several external speaking engagements throughout October 2025, contributing to national discussions on housing, digital finance and AI. Miguel Calleja, Senior Strategy Manager, participated in the Housing Authority programme Dar u Dinjità on TVM, where he discussed affordable housing strategies and the wider economic context. 

Ronald Psaila, Head of Development and Innovation, joined JA Malta’s Digital Finance Frontiers 2025 conference at the Radisson Blu, St Julian’s. He spoke about APS Bank’s ongoing investment in financial literacy through digital coaching, workshops and myAPS in-app education, including recent updates such as SEPA instant payments and security notifications. Ronald Psaila also addressed the Digital Malta – AI Driven Economy conference, highlighting the Bank’s role in supporting a competitive and trustworthy FinTech ecosystem and the importance of data and AI literacy. 

Ronald Psaila and Scott Lee Holloway, Head of Customer Experience contributed to EBO’s webinar Humanising AI, sharing insights on the Bank’s AI strategy, customer experience, quality control and the value of strong partnerships.
