In November 2025, APS Bank participated in a number of national industry events, contributing to discussions on operational resilience, governance and regulatory developments. The Bank took part in an event organised by the Malta Bankers’ Association entitled DORA: 10 months on, which focused on the challenges and opportunities arising from the implementation of the Digital Operational Resilience Act since its entry into force in January 2025. The session included updates from the MFSA, presentations from the industry and banking sector, and a panel discussion. APS Bank was represented by Rodney Naudi, Head of Operational Resilience, who participated in the panel discussion alongside regulators, ICT providers, banks and technology suppliers and by Michelle Cardona, Senior Operational Resilience Manager, who delivered a presentation on how the Bank is measuring and monitoring DORA compliance progress.

During the same month, APS Bank also contributed to wider discussions on governance and market developments. Dr Graziella Bray, Company Secretary, was a panel speaker at the M&A Summit organised by Ganado Advocates and at the IFS half-day seminar Governance: Navigating Risk, Regulation and Reputation. Dr Graziella Bray and Ronald Mizzi, Chief Financial Officer, also participated in the Net TV programme Flusek, providing an overview of the Bank’s rights issue.

“Sharing knowledge and engaging in open dialogue with regulators, industry peers and stakeholders is essential in strengthening our organisational resilience and governance, while continuing to invest in our people and capabilities,” said the Elaine Calleja, Head of Career Development.
