Rachael Blackburn, Head of Culture, joined a panel at the second Malta Diversity & Inclusion Charter Conference, organised by CORE Platform. Sustaining Momentum: Deepening Impact in Diversity and Inclusion focused on building inclusive workplaces, sharing best practices, and promoting cross-sector collaboration. Rachael highlighted how APS Bank has strengthened its organisational practices through the implementation of a DEI policy and strategy, underpinned by action plans to achieve meaningful change.
Daniel Cassar, Head of Project Management, took part in a panel discussion at the third edition of the Intelligent Digital Conference, hosted by PwC Digital Services. The event brought together professionals from across industries to discuss how emerging technologies are transforming business. Daniel spoke during the Maximising ROI in the Digital Age session, sharing practical advice on adapting to the evolving digital landscape.
Melissa Grima, Senior Commercial Manager, was a panellist at the Malta Institute of Accountants’ Biennial Conference 2025: Securing Malta’s Future – Fulfilling Our Potential. She discussed Access to Finance for Economic Growth, highlighting the importance of inclusive financial solutions to support businesses and the wider economy.
