On Friday 2 May 2025, APS Bank held its fourth #APSlife Connect event at the Paola branch. The event gave colleagues the chance to meet the team, learn more about their day-to-day work, and see how their efforts support the Bank’s wider goals.
The afternoon featured a short presentation from the Paola team, sharing insights into the branch’s history and role. This was followed by a guided tour of the premises. Colleagues also enjoyed refreshments and informal networking, making it a great opportunity to connect and exchange ideas.
The Paola Branch has grown steadily since its inauguration in 2004. Over the years, it has evolved to meet changing customer needs. Two Teller Cash Recyclers (TCRs) were installed in 2022, improving customer experience. That same year, the branch digitised its operations, including the management of customer files, boosting efficiency and effectiveness to keep pace with growing business demands.
The branch offers a full range of services, ranging from assisting customers with digital banking and handling cash and cheque transactions, to processing bulk coin deposits and opening personal and corporate accounts. They also provide expert support on fixed term deposits, investments, insurance, and lending services both for retail and commercial needs.
