The Board of Directors of APS Bank will meet on Thursday, 12 March 2026. The meeting will consider and approve the Group’s and the Bank’s audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025. The Board will also consider declaring a dividend for recommendation to the Annual General Meeting. This is subject to any required regulatory approvals.
