Assisting customers with the APS Check-in

Constantly working at making the banking experience simpler and more personal, APS Bank has developed various tools to assist customers with the ongoing APS Check-in data review. These help-tools, together with more information on the APS Check-in review, can be found on a dedicated help page on the Bank’s website. This page includes step-by-step videos on how to complete the online / paper form, an FAQ page with the most common queries and further information on this exercise.

The ‘APS Check-in’ is a very important project aimed at ensuring that customer information is always accurate and up-to-date, also as part of the Bank’s regulatory obligations.
