General queries

You can order a new chequebook in any of the following ways:
  • Via myAPS internet and mobile banking: Select Account overview and tap on
  • Call our Contact Centre on (+356) 2122 6644 between Mon and Sun, 08:00 to 21:00.
  • Complete, sign, and return the re-order sheet in your chequebook at any one of our branches.
Once the order is placed, your new chequebook will be sent by post. Since a charge applies, please refer to apsbank.com.mt/tariff‐of‐charges.

You can order a cheque book via the myAPS mobile app or calling Contact Centre on (+356) 2122 6644.
You can call our Contact Centre on (+356) 2122 6644 to request an official bank statement, or visit your nearest branch. Bank statements are available for €3.

  • Submit the form via a myAPS secure message or at your nearest branch
  • Pay through your preferred method
  • Submit accompanying documents
  • Once request is submitted our Credit Operations Unit will acknowledge its receipt and notify you
