“Typical example of an SME loan financing the acquisition, construction, extension, completion or refurbishment/upgrading of the commercial premises from where you operate:

Terms and conditions apply. Typical example of an SME Loan, hereinafter the loan, based on an amount of €100,000 being made available by APS Bank Limited over a maximum term of 240 months, subject to a typical variable borrowing interest rate of 5% per annum. The loan is repayable in 240 equal monthly instalments of €663.80. The total sum payable throughout the term of the loan, assuming the variable interest rate remains unchanged, will be €159,312. Bank charges currently applicable on this loan are: – a one-time processing fee of €250; a one-time legal fee of €384; a commitment fee of 0.5% per annum on any undrawn loan amount after a pre-agreed drawdown expiry date; a renewal fee of 0.15% per annum on the reducing loan balance at time of the annual review of the facility; updating of searches fee (every 5 years) of €20 plus VAT, apart from an additional charge of €2 per inscription; and cancellation (legal) fee for the hypothec of €46. The loan is to be secured by a first ranking general and special hypothec and special privilege over the property being financed, a first ranking pledge over a life assurance policy covering the whole loan amount and a business insurance policy covering the re-building cost of the property being end-financed, besides all other business assets for their replacement value. Other security requirements may be requested, depending on the circumstances of each case.”
