APS Bank once again hosted David Avrin, internationally recognised speaker, author and customer experience expert, for an insightful follow-up session with employees. Following his previous visit in 2024, this year’s event focused on deepening the Bank’s understanding of customer engagement and enhancing its customer-first culture. 

Held in a hybrid format, the interactive session allowed colleagues from across the Bank to participate either in person or online. Avrin, author of Ridiculously Easy to Do Business With, commended APS Bank’s continued progress in customer experience, noting that “the Bank’s sustained commitment to improving customer journeys and fostering innovation is a model for how financial institutions can truly stand out.”
