APS Bank, the first local bank to hold a dedicated offsite focused on Customer Experience (CX), recently hosted its second CX Offsite, at Villa Arrigo, Naxxar. The biennial event brought together the Bank’s senior management and colleagues from business and support functions to reflect on progress, assess current challenges and align priorities for future customer-centric initiatives under the theme Back to the Future.
The sessions combined strategic discussions with interactive workshops focused on strengthening accessible and seamless experiences across all touchpoints. The insights gathered will be consolidated and validated with customers, before being implemented.
