Autism friendly initiative
We are the first local bank to be accredited as an autism friendly space by PRISMS, in collaboration with the Commission for the Rights of Persons with Disability (CRPD). Through continuous evaluation and feedback, PRISMS ensures that autism friendly spaces remain responsive to the evolving needs of the autism community.

As part of this initiative, all our branches have undergone specialised autism-awareness training and selected team members have been trained as official autism ambassadors. They will be wearing an autism friendly pin on their APS lanyard or uniform.
We have also introduced the autism friendly hour at all branches from 13:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday. During this time, we:
- Decrease the bright lights in the reception and meeting rooms
- Reduce noise levels as much as possible
- Replace screens with videos with static images
Social story
This video is designed to help you feel comfortable before visiting one of our branches. A social story helps individuals, especially those with autism, understand and navigate social situations by clearly explaining what to expect and how to respond. It reduces anxiety and builds confidence, especially when visiting the bank for the first time.
Our branches are thoughtfully designed with features like reduced noise levels, calming sensory tools, and visual supports.
