“We are responding through technology while keeping personal service central” – APS Bank CTO

European banks are reacting to heightened customer expectations by investing in innovative technologies. The latest EY Global Banking Outlook report highlights this and states that it is a necessary measure for them to stay profitable and deepen customer relationships.

At a recent management meeting, APS Bank CTO Jonathan Caruana explained how the new APS branches, expected to open later this year, will give customers a contemporary environment to bank in.
