The APS Check-in is a important review the Bank is conducting with all its customers to ensure their information is up to date and accurate. This review forms part of our regulatory obligations.

APS Check-in from the comfort of your home

Access our secure portal, authenticate yourself and complete your APS Check-in review from the comfort of your home.


Just follow the simple steps below, this should take no more than 10 minutes.

  • Log on the portal by clicking the green button below
  • Enter the requested information and click Send SMS
  • You will receive a one-time password via SMS. Enter password when prompted and click Login
  • Kindly complete the form on-screen and click Submit Form


The Bank will be sending a letter to all customers to complete their APS Check-in review however, should you like you may complete yours today.
