Emotional Intelligence at the workplace

Emotional Intelligence at the workplace

Emotional Intelligence at the workplace is the ninth talk of the APS talks series, which will be presented by Mrs Caroline Cassar Reynaud on 17 October 2019 at The Hub - PwC, 78 Mill Street, Qormi.

A large portion if not most of our time in the work place is spent building and nurturing relationships with people, be it with colleagues or clients. Evidently there is no perfect formula for getting each and every one of these relationships right.  Often we recognise that some relationships take up more energy, effort and work and unfortunately,  this is not a case of one size fits all when we speak about achieving results. Often the starting point is taking a good hard look internally before looking outwards and recognising how to adapt one’s behaviour.

During this session the focus shall be on self-awareness and how to recognise the importance of adapting behaviour to ultimately achieve desired results.
