Customer Intelligence Manager

The Customer Intelligence Manager will be responsible to monitor the Business Plan of the Bank and be accountable for developing tactical marketing campaigns, ensuring that the Bank has sufficient understanding of its customers.


Candidates should have a Masters degree, ideally with a specialisation in data science. A minimum of five years experience in CRM and working within a fast-paced environment would be considered an asset.

The incumbent should have pronounced analytical and conceptual skills and also strong leadership skills, with the ability to assimilate to the Bank’s values.
