Contact Centre Officer

The Contact Centre Officer will be assisting the customers by conveying clear information and seeking to resolve problems at the point of contact. This position is based on a shift basis.

Requirements

• Preferably possess a qualification in Banking;

• Previous experience of working in a contact centre environment would be considered an asset;

• Customer focused;

• Analytical and interpersonal skills.
