Contact Centre Officer

The Contact Centre Officer will assist the Bank’s customers providing information and troubleshooting problems as first line support, as part of a dynamic team that continuously strives to deliver quality of service ensuring the best customer experience.


Candidates should ideally possess, or in the process of obtaining a banking qualification, and should ideally have a minimum of two (2) years working experience in a contact centre environment. 

The incumbent should possess excellent analytical, troubleshooting & interpersonal skills and be customer driven with a strong focus on quality of service. Implicit in the role is the ability to work both independently and in a team and be committed to self-development.
