The Contact Centre Officer will assist the Bank’s customers providing information and troubleshooting problems as first line support, as part of a dynamic team that continuously strives to deliver quality of service ensuring the best customer experience.


Candidates should ideally possess, or in the process of obtaining a relevant academic qualification, and should also have prior working experience in a contact centre, preferably in a banking related environment.

Successful candidates need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a good command of the English and Maltese language, be organised as well as conversant in Microsoft applications.  Implicit in the role is the ability to work both independently and in a team and be committed to self-development.  Training will be provided to the successful candidates.
